Request a Free QuoteDo you supply all the equipment and cleaning supplies?
Yes, every new contract is issued with brand new P.A tested equipment. All equipment and materials are included within our charge.
Do you screen your cleaners?
Yes, all our cleaners are interviewed and screened. Screening includes, confirmation that employees are bone-fide and that they have appropriate documentation to support their application for employment in line with Home Office and Government guidelines. DBS checks are done for all required establishments.
Can you supply items such as toilet rolls and soap?
Yes. We have a full range of janitorial and consumable products that can be delivered usually within 48 hours of ordering.
Do you train your cleaners?
Yes. All our staff are trained in the key skills necessary to complete the service. Training records are held for all employees, which forms part of both our Quality and Health & Safety certification.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. Active are comprehensively insured covering all aspects of our cleaning services. We supply all clients with a copy of the latest insurance policy as standard, when we start cleaning for you.
Will I have a local manager?
Yes. All our Area Managers live locally to the areas they cover.
Do you manage the TUPE transfer for us?
Yes. We manage the entire TUPE process, once we have received confirmation that you want us to be your contractor.
Do you check cleaning standards?
Yes. Our area managers complete both scheduled and adhoc quality audits, to measure cleaning standards.
What areas do you cover?
Our clients cover the Yorkshire, North West & East Midlands regions. We service areas broadly across the M1 and M62 corridors, from York to Nottingham, Leeds to Manchester and all areas in between, such as Wakefield, Pontefract, Normanton, Barnsley, Rotherham, Huddersfield, Sale, Bolton, Bury, Middleton etc. If in doubt, just ask, the worst we can say is, "sorry no."
Do you provide free quotations?
Yes. We will visit your premises, evaluate your requirements and send you a fully costed proposal free of charge.
Do you have other clients near us?
Yes. We have over 500 employees cleaning over 200 clients, across a tight geographical region, so it is very likely that we have other clients close to you.
What happens if my cleaner doesn’t turn up?
It is our responsibility to get your building cleaned and we will. Our operational managers will organise an alternative remedy to clean your building.
Notification of absence by our staff is critical to our service delivery and we take it so seriously, it is written in their Terms & Conditions of Employment.
